"Helpful, though a bit of a back-and-forth"
I had a small problem with my order on gifnest.com, so I reached out to customer service. They replied quickly, not super fast or anything, but it was reasonable. The person I spoke with was friendly and got it sorted without turning it into some huge ordeal. That said, it was a little annoying because I had to explain the same issue twice, which made me wonder if anyone was actually reading the first message. But in the end, they fixed it and were nice about it, so overall I’d say it was a good experience. Giving 4 stars for that

"Personalization was a bit hit or miss"
Some parts came out just how I wanted. Other parts felt a little off. It didn’t fully match what I asked for.

I’ve used gifnest.com maybe a handful of times now, and for the price, I’d say it’s decent. It’s not the slickest site out there or anything, but it did what I needed without feeling like I was overpaying.
A few little things could probably be smoother, like the loading here and there and some of the menus, but overall I’m happy enough with it. If you just need something simple and fairly affordable, it’s a solid option.

"I was disappointed when it..."
I was disappointed when it showed up. The photos made it look a lot nicer, but in person it feels kind of cheap and the colors aren’t quite what I expected. I tried looking for help or some kind of real support, but of course it’s mostly automated menus and canned answers, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Overall, I don’t really think it was worth the money...

"Showed up in like a couple days"
It got here faster than I expected, maybe a few days or so. Shipping was smooth and I didn’t run into any issues at all.
